It’s pretty nice!

The apartment complex is quite clean and has a pool and hot tub that’s open year round. However the pool is closed pretty frequently during the summer time. It has a pretty nice gym also. The parking garage is okay however there are occasionally break ins to the cars even in the garage. Also there are no cameras in the parking garage. There is also no guest parking. The trash chutes are nice so you don’t have to go outside to take the trash out. There is a package receiving area but I’ve had packages stolen by other residents. Overall, it’s a bit expensive at almost $2,000 per month for just a studio but I live here for the pool.
