Has the necessities

This apartment complex has the huge benefit of being very close to campus with easy parking and a bus station directly in front. Washer and dryer are included and many of the apartments have recently been redone - new paint, new flooring, clean appliances. Maintenance works quickly to solve any issues.

Downsides- management isn't the greatest, pool is frequently closed.
