House near campus

I enjoy living in a standalone house near campus. Our landlord is very helpful, and the parking is great. We are also only 15-20 minutes from the hospital. The houses on our street do rent about 10 months before expected move-in date, so you have to be really prepared to email the landlords around September for the next year.
