Not ideal for students

The management is awful and mean. They take any complaint as a personal offense. There was over a year where the parking garage didn’t work and cars were broken into. The place is never cleaned, including the dog park where residents do not clean after their dogs. It was very nosy there. If you face near the dog park you will hear noise at all hours, even in the middle of the night. The new management got rid of security so there is no way to contact anyone even if your parking spot is stolen.
