Good option for students

The property is a great space for students. There’s plenty of room and it’s all very modern. Most utilities are included except electricity and internet. The only issues is that there are some maintenance issues that have not been taken care of.

Element 250 is great and the price is right

I really like my apartment. The management team has been very responsive to any of my concern. There is a gym and safe parking which is great. It's only 8 minutes from campus.
