Review of Logan's Landing Apartments - Lynchburg, VA
I've been living at Logan's Landing for about a year now, and overall, it's been a solid experience that I'd recommend to anyone looking for modern, comfortable living in Lynchburg. The complex is relatively new, which shows in the clean, upscale design and well-maintained grounds.

A Great Environment!
I love living at Logan's Landing. The community is small so it is pretty quiet, which allows me to get all of my work done with minimal distractions. The gym is a nice little area to get a workout in, as well as the path connected to the complex that allows for a walk. The pool is perfect for summer days! Management is fantastic, it's great being right next to the expressway and near shopping centers, and I feel very safe living here. I highly recommend the complex!

Very clean and new and good value.
Logans Landing is overall very good for its price and has modern apartments that are well maintained. The gym is small but has enough for basic workouts. There is a path to walk on. The noise is a little annoying at night (you can hear neighbors at times and hear TV through the walls).

Lot of amenities
There are a lot of amenities like 24-7 small gym, small pool, free coffee/snack bar in the lobby, valet trash, etc. The property is unfurnished and the walls are very thin so you can easily hear your neighbors.

Great place to live
Logans Landing has been a great apartment for me. It is a beautiful complex with wonderful units. All of the units have much more space/room than most other complexes I have toured. Some others were very nice, but more expensive for the same level of luxury and less space. Logans Landing allowed me to have a lot of space, while not giving up the amenities and nice things that I wanted in an apartment. Everything can be paid through their online portal (with the exception of electricity and internet, which I pay separately online) so it makes monthly payments very easy. I also love the security of the complex. You have to use a key fob to scan into the residential buildings, the gym, and the clubhouse, so you know that the only people who have access are other residents. They also offer amazon locker for your packages, which prevents anything from being stolen and keeps everything very secure. It is the safest place I have ever lived and I feel more than comfortable and safe as a woman living alone.

Amazing place to live
Medical school is stressful enough; living at Logan's Landing has eliminated a lot of things I might otherwise worry about. There's valet trash, management is very attentive to your needs, and every concern I've ever had was addressed within 24 hours, parking is free and spacious, and the facilities are so well maintained. As far as amenities go, there's a guest apartment that visitors can rent, a pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a small trail for walking, and fun community events that management hosts.
It's also very conveniently located (it's at most 5 miles away from anything you could ever need).

I love my home!
I love Logans Landing! It’s safe, comfortable, and a beneficial environment to live in! There’s much to do and a lot of engagement from our property managers.

Awesome Space but Extremely Inflexible
They offer 1 year renewable leases as the longest leases. Absolutely no flexibility (since there is nowhere else to go, and someone will move in as soon as you leave).
Further, they're taking our storage closets with no reduction in rent, or anything else that will help with the lack of space in the apartment.
Honestly, the space is clean, no drama, walls are pretty quiet, it's a nice place to live, but the management treat you as a number (expectedly).

Logan’s Landing
I’ve been here for almost 2 1/2 years now and have 0 complaints about the property. Nice amenities, nice neighbors, good location, quick drive to the school, and great property managers.
