Palisades at Hunter's Creek

Very nice and quiet. However, management isn’t great. They don’t address requests and complaints in a timely manner, if at all. They also sprayed my apartment for pests without obtaining my consent and failed to inform me they would be doing so. I did not find out until after receiving an email that the service had been completed. They violated the contract and did not provide any compensation when I complained.

It’s very safe and clean. Never had problems with neighbors. Like that it’s keycard protected to get into the building

This apartment was great to live in as a college student. Far enough away from campus to feel like home, but close enough to be a convenient commute!

Definitely enjoy living at Palisade's. It is a very nice apartment complex and management is always very responsive and helpful when needed! Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner, and they keep up with the property well. It's no more than 15 minutes from LUCOM but is not a bad commute at all. Walls are somewhat thin, but that is a commonality with most apartments and really not a huge deal because most tenants are quiet and respectful.

Nice place! It is very quiet and in a secluded location, which is not very busy.

Palisides has everything you need and you feel right at home.

I loved the property, but it is a little far from campus which means I have to plan to leave earlier than a lot of my other classmates. Furthermore, I do think it is a little expensive for one person alone. However, the property itself is great.
