Small, expensive, but modern with great amenities!

Very modern, clean, feels safe. Big windows with good light. Best part is the amenities (dishwasher, in-unit laundry, AC, on-site parking, trash valet service, pet-friendly, garbage disposal with big sink, big closet). Also all the appliances are very recent and good quality. Also very high ceilings! Included access to use the pool at Waters House next door. Also situated in the best neighborhood in GR (Heritage Hill).
