Pretty good overall!
Location: Incredibly close to the law school if you are a law student, you could reliably arrive in class within 15 minutes of leaving your apartment. Relatively close to grocery stores, has a student parking garage nearby (beware of the costs @ Gateway Garage). North High can be a negative if you are a light sleeper, this is a main road with a lot of activity from Thursday to Sunday, and it gets worse on a game day.
Value: The value is pretty reasonable given the convenience of location. There are definitely cheaper options if you get farther away from campus, some of those options are definitely nicer than Gateway, they just aren't as convenient.
Social: The student community in these apartments are largely graduate and professional students. There aren't many law students, but you'd encounter many students from Ph.D, MD, and Pharm.D programs in these apartments. A good amount of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, though you might need to stretch your legs out a bit (or drive) to reach some of the better less undergrad-styled places.
Amenities: They do have common rooms in the apartment buildings, they generally have printers in them which you can use with your BuckID. AFAIK there is no gym, though there is Jesse Owens South nearby. I'd personally recommend the RPAC. You can access any of them as a student at OSU.
Management: Quite responsive, they tend to address issues pretty quickly. If you notice something you want fixed early on, you can always reach out to them and they'll take a look at it.
Safety: Campus is a pretty safe area, there have been some incidents over time. I haven't witnessed any personally. You do, however, want to avoid being interactive with the local displaced population. They generally will not engage with you if you don't engage with them.

Review Title
The location is wonderfully convenient, being a 2-3 minute walk to the law school. The setup affords privacy and a good degree of comfort. The walls are nice and thick, and the temperature control is the best of any place I've ever rented. OSU's responsiveness to service requests leaves something to be desired, however.

Overall good
The proximity to the law school is incredible, and all my utilities are covered with my rent. There used to be a gym in my building but they won’t put equipment in it again, so it’s just unused space that’s sad. 3 common areas with great views of High Street. Packages unfortunately go to Neil Housing (~10 minute walk and they’re only open at certain times of the day), but a new Amazon pickup just opened by the law school. Also within a 15-20 minute walk to the student health clinic if needed, and Gateway A (1595 N High) is situated between two bus stops on lines 1 and 2 (in front of Moritz & Hippie Hut) and close proximity to stops for 22, 8, & 102

Great apartment complex, I feel safe and great accommodations. Responsive maintenance, and appropriate support staff (security, RAs etc).

Gateway A
Overall, a great apartment with good views, great proximity to the law school, good washer/dryer and garbage disposal, excellent security and maintenance, but poor amenities (no gym, community spaces are always locked, we don't get our own mail delivered to the building and we have to walk 10 minutes to pick up packages, no front desk, poor communication from management because the package pick-up place is almost always closed). Air circulation in the bedrooms isn't the best -- my roommate's bedroom is always cold while mine is super hot, and we only have one thermostat.

Great Place to Live
All utilities included in rent. It goes up a bit each year, but with a roommate it is not too bad. My building is right across the street from the law building, and other buildings under Gateway are only a block down.

Great for young, single people
The Gateway is graduate and professional housing owned by the university. It is right on the edge of south campus and about a 3 minute walk to the school. Pros: everything is included in a flat rate rent that is fairly comparable to other apartments in the campus/short north area. Apartments are pre-furnished though it's not the best quality. Cons: no fancy amenities and they recently took out the gym (but it's about 5 minutes to walk to JOS rec center). Parking is an addition approx. $1,200/year but because of the proximity you don't have to buy a school pass because your garage pass doubles. Biggest con is the noise. High street is extremely loud and crowded especially on weekends and game days.
