Decent Place to have

Located 8 minutes from Columbia Law School, this apartment is located in a great neighborhood with decent shops and bars all around. The place is a little small as compared to other houses but it was better than the 16 other apartments I had seen. The broker's fee was limited to a months' rent so all in all, a pretty sweet deal.

Oh, you also have a terrace all to yourself so that's the cherry on the cake.
