Close to school but not recommended

Advantages: walkable distance to law school; new facilities including study rooms and gym; safe; responsible doormen; good sunshine

Disadvantages: Extremely irresponsible apartment managers who never respond your emails after you rent the housing; your repair requests won’t be responded in two or three weeks; poor soundproof, and you can hear some guy’s noises from the unit next door at midnight; overpriced given its super small bedroom; have to walk for 10 minutes to 116 subway station
