Great if you can get abhorring subsidy
I love this apartment. It is very well run and well appointed. It is right across the street from the light rail station and has a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery nearby. But, it is VERY expensive. My rent is not the normal rent for the whole building. I am only able to live here because I get MFTE rent rates (a Seattle housing subsidy).
Wherever you look to live, look for an MFTE apartment!
