Good by comparison, but all rent is too high
Great amount of space and good for roommates because both bedrooms are the same size. One downside is the walls are pretty thin which is not great for studying/sleeping sometimes
Supor is incredible
We got a covid rate and that is the only reason we can afford to live there. The other apartments are currently going for almost $1000 more than we pay.
It is a little far from the PATH so I drive, but the parking under the building is expensive. I park on the street, but non-residents will have to change all their car registration information to do so longterm.
