The apartment I live in is okay. I love the location, as it is a 2 minute drive from WNE. It was renovated right before we moved in (in Dec 2021). The price is great for the area, but I wouldn't say it is worth the apartment. From the outside looking in, our apartment looks amazing. It looks newly remodeled, spacious, and clean. However, there is no AC or dishwasher, and management is barely responsive. Further, it's almost like we are living in a barbie house; there are cabinets we cannot use due to improper or inadequate installation, there are nooks and crannies that are impossible to use. I do enjoy my apartment because we do keep it clean and it is off campus, but management could do better with issues that come up. We have a good relationship with one of the maintenance men. A plus to the complex is the security of the building. Nobody can get in without a key to the main door or being let in. HOWEVER, while I note all of these issues I would not trade it to live in other options.

The apartment is great based only on its location. It’s a 3 minute drive to school so it’s very convenient. However, I’ve run into a lot of different issues with the apartment and management is really difficult to deal with. There are only 3 maintenance guys that work for 3 different locations, and it’s very difficult to get in touch with the landlord
