The Gardens are pragmatic

I wish for $988 I would get either a bigger room or have the opportunity to live by myself, but I think this is the most affordable deal I can get at Texas A&M.

Pricey but decent

I probably could have been paying less if I'd rented somewhere in Bryan, but the proximity to the Bush School is good and the utilities are included. No bug problems and work orders are attended to promptly. I'm paying a little extra to have a washer and dryer in my unit; if I used communal laundry, it would be about $1000/month. They do inspect the apartments regularly and it is a pain to have to keep everything neat enough, especially since storage is lacking. Oddly, there is only one drawer in the whole kitchen. There is also the disadvantage that if something were to happen to my academic standing, I would have to move--likewise, I will have a hard deadline to get out once I graduate. This complex does not allow pets and there is no pool. There is a bus stop (Route 4) at the complex.

Gardens On Campus Housing

Besides the price, everything else exceeded my expectations for a place to stay. Very clean and quiet with responsive front office.
