Old building but decent experience overall.

It's an old building, so there are often issues. Management is usually pretty good about moving quickly on them, although there's been a case or two where they are unresponsive. Heated with radiators that are centrally managed, so you have to compensate with opening/closing doors. You can rent a garage for $100/month. Utilities are pretty expensive, especially gas.
