It is a simple apartment.

It is located very close to campus which I believe is the best benefit of the apartment. It is also a deal of an apartment for us. Outside of that, the area is not the best to walk around at night, people outside tend to be loud or annoying. For the time being, it is a good location overall for a group of students like me and my roommates.
