Everly Experience
Very close to LSU campus. Quiet, safe, and family friendly area! Lobby has plenty of group and personal study areas! Pool area is always super clean and comfortable!

Great location and amenities
Really great location, nice floor plans, and good amenities. Social with some resident events but not too loud. Management picks and chooses when they want to be responsive. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're very difficult to deal with. Only downside of the building itself is the package room is a free-for-all that is always unorganized and full. Having package locker systems would make more sense, especially with the "luxury" pricing.

Everly at Rouzan
The building is new and still working to get everything finalized, so there are a few quirks here and there. However, its secure, clean, in a good area, close to grocery stores, and most importantly close enough to campus.
