Comfortable Student Housing w/Roommate

The apartments are spacious with carpeting in all except kitchen and bathroom. They come furnished with bedroom furniture and desk, kitchen table and chairs, couch and living room chair. Furnishing does not include a microwave or washer and dryer, but there are washers and dryers for free in the complex. There is no gym, but there is a community room with chairs and tables. My only complaints are the occasional cockroach and the smell of the nearby landfill. Neither are pervasive, and the benefits greatly outweigh any minor inconveniences.
