The apartment and facilities (gym, outdoor pool) are great and management/maintenance are nice and timely when issues arise. The relative location of the apartment is also nice, in the Timberlake neighborhood, and only about a short 10 minute drive from campus, but the only bad thing is the main road and surrounding area is really busy/congested (Waterlick Rd./Timberlake Rd./Leesville Rd), and so traffic at rush hour times is pretty bad.

I love my apartment! The appliances are up to date and there is vinyl flooring throughout the entire apartment. Water is a $25 flat fee for the month. Only con I have is the noise from my upstairs neighbor, but management company has been helpful!

Safe, clean, and new

It’s fine but very loud neighbors. I’ve had 3 different sets of people move in above me over 3 years here and it’s gotten louder every year. Not just walking but stomping, yelling, furniture slamming etc besides the very loud noise levels it’s a good complex close to campus with nice amenities

Amazing experience, clean and modern

Overall the apartments are clean, safe, new, and management does a good job of keeping it that way. A one bed isn't exactly cheap, but for what you're getting and considering prices of other 1 bed apartments in the area, I'd say it's worth it. I've been here for two years so far, and will stay for at least another. Highly recommend, but make sure you get on the wait list early since it is a more in demand complex. I ended up waiting for almost 4 months until my unit opened up

I lived here for my first 2 years at LUCOM. The apartments are unfurnished, but come with washer/dryer, and are really nice and well-maintained. Management is easy to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond. Clean complex and building. Less than 10 minutes from LUCOM, right off of Timberlake.

1 Element apartments offers a clean, spacious, and quiet environment for me to be able to live my life in peace and in safety. The amenities the complex provides are of excellent quality: there is a lounge, gym, pool, and outdoor seating areas. The build and quality of my apartment itself is great, there is nothing leaking, no pests, and no smells.
