Hunter Ridge
I have really enjoyed living here! I was looking for somewhere that I could bring my cat, have lovely sun, somewhere to sit outside, and room to not feel crammed. I found all of those at Hunter Ridge.
My unit is a 1Br 1Ba with Den, so I am able to have dedicated sleeping, studying, and relaxing rooms. There is also a mud room with hookups for washer and dryer - lovely to be able to do my laundry in unit.
Kitchen has just enough storage for me, closet is more than big enough for my clothes, mud room has extra storage, and out on the back patio is an additional storage unit. (I keep my seasonal, travel, gardening, etc. things there.)
Only negative I have: when the heat and air turn on, you can hear the little HVACs working their hardest, since they are fairly close to the exterior wall of the bedroom. BUT, if you need white noise to go to sleep, it's wonderful!

Good for those who like to study alone
The community around this apartment is serene! About 12 minutes away from LUCOM, which is nice if you don’t want to see peers everywhere, all the time. The rent is cheap for how big the apartment is for one. Also has options for a den that I use as my study area.
