Safe Area, Expensive
In a nice part of UA so walkable to Whole Foods, workout studio, and a lot of neighborhoods. It is pretty quiet and has an older crowd. I love it, but expensive for what it is.

I love Lane Lofts!
I've enjoyed my experience living at Lane Lofts. I feel very safe and secure and it's relatively quiet even though the walls are thinner. Nice amenities and friendly staff!

Lane loft - review
Overall not bad. It close to campus, 7 min drive. New building so everything is clean and new. Cons: very thin walls - hear everything (ppl walking outside, and trash pickup at 6-7am daily). Very strict roles for trash valet (some are unreasonable). Can’t bring more than 2 guests to common area - pool and grills (stupid rule, can’t even reserve the area for events but they can close it anytime - makes no sense). Pros: Have free parking, free coffee machine in common area, free printing station, couple of community events every months (free food and stuff) and quickly/responsive management/maintenance team.

Lane Lofts
It’s a new apartment complex between Columbus and upper Arlington. So far, the space is really nice. You can hear stomping every once in a while. They do trash pick up Sunday through Thursday at 8pm. There’s a free public parking attached to the building that’s pretty good (has so much space). There are a variety of food options around!
