Reletively nice

1 bed, 1 bath. Private, non-corporate landlord.

Landlord's childhood split level home. Subterranean apartment, landlord's mom lives above.

Some garden space. Backyard access.

30 minute walk to campus. 20 minute walk from Arboretum. 15 minute walk to Lake Washington. 2 minute walk from the Grocery Outlet on MLK.

I got lucky

I have a private landlord.

I live in the basement of a split-level. Upstairs is the landlord's mom.

It's washer/dryer included, though no bathtub or dishwasher
