Overall Great!
This is my second year living at The Marlow, and I’ve had a pleasant experience so far. The first year I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment, and I had virtually no issues. Management is a little hard to get a hold of, but I rarely needed to contact them. I recently moved into a larger unit, and I have had some issues. The previous tenants left the apartment very dirty, and although Management was receptive, we ended up just taking matters into our own hands and cleaning the unit. Recently we’ve been having trouble getting ahold of them, but that usually can be remedied by just walking down to the office and talking to them in person. Overall it’s comfortable, and I enjoy living there.

Good Apartment that comes with many Maintenance Issues
The apartment itself is very nice, but management can take a while to respond to maintenance requests. The building is relatively new and was opened before the building was 100% ready.
