Great place for those with a car
A great apartment that feels safe and offers direct access to the B-Line trail. Property managers are quick to respond and extremely friendly. Solid fitness center featuring bikes, free weights, and a variety of machines. A little far from campus, so would need a car to get to class due to no bus route. Did have some major water issues at one point and can sometimes hear upstairs and downstairs neightbors.

Excellent Place but Water Issues
Overall an excellent place to live but we have had multiple issues of water damage due to pipes bursting and had to stay in a hotel for a while. Management was responsive but refused to reimburse our rent for the duration of fixing the issue.
