Value pack
I lived here for a little over two years, in both a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom apartment. The place is generally safe (gated) and friendly, and the owner has a humorous personality. Maintenance requests are handled, but the fixes tend to be short-term, so durability of repairs can sometimes be questionable.
The building is mostly occupied by international graduate students, which makes it safe and budget-friendly place.
