Nice place but far from Stratford
Rooms are nice but parking is expensive ($180/semester) and its far (30+min) from the Stratford Campus which makes club/social events and combined activities with the medical school hard. I would only recommend if you are choosing to come last minute and have no other option.

Fine
The apartment itself is fine, however, the environment was not as promised. Us graduate students were told that the specific on-campus housing would be separate from the undergraduate institution which is not the case as underclassmen live in the same building and have resulted in a distracting living/learning environment while at home.

Mix of Undergrad and Grad and no parking provided
Told no undergrads and grads will be mixed in the building but it is mixed. And there is no parking provided when clearly there are so many cars to be parked and not enough student parking passes. Water pressure is bad. Not a big fan of central AC. Too far from Stratford. Thin walls.
