Great place to live!

I love it at Jefferson pointe. It is a gated community with great features for the price. It’s about 6 minutes to CUKC which is great for pet parents. The staff in the office are extremely kind and helpful. They truly care about giving you the best living experience. Maintenance is great and fast! Only complaint is it can be loud with neighbors at times, we have a lower level unit and we listen to our upstairs neighbors on both sides all day— pretty normal for apartment life but something to keep in mind.
