Convenient enough to overlook the bad

Creekside is about 5 minutes down the road from the SOM, on Greenlawn Dr off of Garners Ferry. We found, toured, and signed here relatively quickly the summer before starting class. Our unit itself is nice and was recently remodeled. Parking is always available next to our building. The complex has a small gym and pool. Management can be iffy and neighbors can occasionally get noisy, but the benefits of living so close to the school have outweighed everything bad.

Nice but noisy

Overall, the apartment is pretty nice, but my upstairs neighbors are super loud. I’m trying to file a noise complaint, but the management isn’t really responsive.
