I have really enjoyed living at this apartment. The landlord is lovely, organized, and very responsive. Everything is straight forward regarding the lease, and the maintenance crew is always on top of everything! I do live here with an emotional support animal and the landlord has been very flexible about this. The location is amazing and the private parking is great. You don't get any guest parking; however, there is free street parking available pretty much every day. Also, the walls are basically soundproof, so you never hear your neighbors!
