Comfortable Apartment with a Few Maintenance Challenges
Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here. The apartment is spacious, well-designed, and in a great location — close to shops, restaurants, and public transit. The community feels safe and quiet, which I really appreciate.
The management team is generally friendly and helpful, though there have been a few delays in getting maintenance requests handled. Once the team does respond, the issues are usually resolved well, but it can sometimes take a bit of follow-up.
Despite that, the apartment offers good value for the area, and I enjoy living here.
