Phenomenal place for single women
I have had the best time at Regency. We have the most accommodating and helpful landlords, it is a 5 minute walk to the law building, and we have great girls who stick around. I highly recommend trying to get into Regency. FYI its a hot commodity, but if you reach out and go early when they open up applications (you have to stand in a line), your chance is pretty good.
