Might be Midtown but Worth Looking Into

Washer/drying in building, central air, doorman, super on site. Super can be a bit unresponsive but still eventually gets things done. Water takes some time to heat up during morning and evening hours (I assume when everyone is using it).

Little noise despite being in Midtown because my unit faces the inside of the building.
