I enjoy the amazing view I have of the Catalina mountains, and how many windows there are. The walls are super thick so I never have any noise issues. The property is newly remodled, so all appliances are modern. I also love that there is one free parking space alloted per unit with gated access. I wish there was a pool and/or a gym (I think they are in the process of building a gym). I had a lot of matenience issues when I first moved in, such as: the roof leaking water, fridge leaking, closet shelf broke and punched a hole through the wall, and power outages. The issues were all within the first month of moving in, so I think it might have just been what comes along with a brand new apartment complex. I feel safe on our property because it is all gated, but I do not feel safe going for walks alone.
