Valencia on High Review
Overall, a solid apartment for anyone looking to be closer to the Short North, and isn't bothered by a little bit of a commute. Despite being on high street, the apartment is very quiet and I haven't had any issues with noise on Friday/Saturday nights. Not a ton of amenities, so if you are looking for a place with a gym or better parking (street parking is $25 a month and garage parking is ~$100), then I would recommend somewhere else. Getting to campus you can either take the bus on high street up to 9th and then walk 10 minutes over to Hamilton (~30 min total time), or you can walk over to Neil Ave and take the bus from 4th street right up to Hamilton. Super quiet apartment, mostly younger/middle age adults. Key fob for access which is nice, however no package room so the entryway is where the mailboxes are and where packages will be placed.
