Spacious and sunlit space w/ great maintenance crew
I fell in love with my apartment as soon as I walked in because of the abundant amount of natural light. We live on the 3rd floor and have south-facing windows. There's a balcony w/ sliding glass doors and windows in every room. Management is great and very helpful; they host small community get-togethers like pool parties, holiday parties, and balcony decorating contests for the residents. There's an outdoor pool available in the summer. The neighborhood is very safe. Maintenance is VERY quick, even for low priority tasks. There's a Big Y, CVS, Dunkin, Subway, and more within walking distance from the complex.
The downsides are that it's very far from Netter, about a 37 minute drive through local roads. All the rooms except the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom are carpeted. The walls and floors are pretty thin, which can be rough if you have annoying neighbors or are very sensitive to noise. The building is also old, so the floors creak a fair amount. No in-unit laundry, but there is in-building laundry, which costs $2.75 and the machines are very small.
