Chatsworth Court Condominiums
Chatsworth Court is a small, gated condominium complex on a dead end street about 10 minutes south of the veterinary school. There are only 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, privately owned apartments in this complex. It is very quiet in most situations with only an occasional disturbance here and there. I have a medium sized dog, and there is plenty of space to walk him and allow him to potty. There are a lot of other pets in the complex, and they are all very well behaved. There are multiple veterinary students who live in the complex as well. There are no "amenities" that other complexes offer (pool, gym, office, etc.), but it is a very quiet and safe location. The apartments are decent size with a full kitchen attached to the living area and a separate bedroom with a bathroom and closet attached. The pantry/laundry room combination is very spacious as well. The upstairs apartments have balconies, and the floor level apartments have back patios.
