Great bang for your buck

With roommates, cheaper and much bigger than Ivy units and only a bit further of a walk from school - neighborhood is mostly families/retirees as opposed to students. Plenty of parking.

Huntington Village Townhomes

Townhome is spacious in a super quiet neighborhood and a 15 min walk/6 min drive to the law school. Sometimes repairs take longer than they should and you have to bug management about it, but other repairs management has actually made preemptively. I believe this complex gives you the ebst bang for your buck within walking distance of the law school. My only complaint is that there's really nowhere to walk for food nearby, so you do need a car to live here. I suppose you could make it work without one, but you'd have to walk under a sort of dangerous bridge one-lane to get groceries. Overall, I've lived here all 3 years and would highly recommend, especially for someone who wants to stay put all three years and not stay in Pav for a year and then move.
