Gray’s Creek is lovely.
I have had a fabulous experience here. I was in an unfortunate living situation for my 1L year and luckily found Grays Creek for this school year. I prefer to commute because the living options downtown are not ideal for me. Living a bit farther out at Grays Creek allows me to enjoy amenities like in unit washer and dryer, brand new appliances, in-unit alarm system, gym access, pool access, package room access, free parking as well as guest parking, a dog grooming station, and monthly resident events. There is plenty of green space for me to walk my dog around the complex. The units are brand new in 2025 and they are still building a couple more buildings. I have not had any issues with neighbors and the leasing agents in the office are phenomenal and prompt. Maintenance is very quick. I feel very safe at Gray’s Creek and I think that the price of rent is a steal for the amenities I get and the peace of mind of safety, as compared to the prices of downtown apartments. Gray’s Creek is also right off of Walnut Grove Rd, so the commute is fairly easy, with very few traffic lights.
