Copper Creek

Nice apartment in great location. Management is responsive. About a 20 minute drive to campus.

Would Recommend

I would recommend the Copper Creek Apartments. The apartments are very nice. One covered parking space is included with each apartment, but there are no options to get a second covered parking space so if you live with someone else one person will have to park in an uncovered spot, which are not difficult to find. The pool has been closed most of the time I have lived there due to covid and maintenance, but it looks beautiful from afar. The best part for me is the grass around the property which is a rare find in Vegas. Only downside is the expensive cost, and the location of the apartments. They are on a busy street so turning left out of the apartment is nearly impossible at certain times of the day. I also wouldn't necessarily go for walks around the neighborhood, but the apartment is fenced in and the property itself is amazing.

Boyd Student Housing Survey

They apartment has terrible lighting and the walls are pretty thin. Other than that, it has been a great place to live.

Great so far

No complaints so far. Exactly what I wanted. Spacious rooms and spacious closets with nice amenities. Beautiful pool too!
