Far, but great experience
I don't mind commuting, so I base my decision mostly on the value and comfort that the location and building provide me. The area is stellar, everything is conveniently located, most properties in the area are new, have solid infrastructure, and there are plenty of younger residents. Can't complain. With a roommate, its cheap enough to enjoy a full size two bed two bath. Had one bad experience with an unlocked car, but no one else has reported anything similar since we moved in, and I personally view that as my problem, not management's.
