Review of Madera Apartments
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living in the Madera apartment complex in Summerlin. The community is a gated, safe, and welcoming environment, conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Costco and Boca Park. The neighborhood is beautifully maintained, with responsive and professional property management that ensures everything runs smoothly. I live in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment that includes a one-car garage. The complex is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for animal lovers. Amenities are excellent and include AC/heating, water, sewage, an in-unit washer and dryer, a gym, and a swimming pool. Utility bills for NV Energy and Southwest Gas are handled separately. The area primarily attracts young families or young professionals, creating a friendly and community-focused vibe. For medical students like me, it’s roughly a 20-minute drive to the school. However, be mindful of traffic on Summerlin Parkway, as it tends to get congested in the mornings. I recommend leaving early to avoid delays. Overall, I highly recommend living here—it’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and community!
