Good value for money within 30mins of Stern

I'm a big fan of The Morgan. Its in Jersey City but just under 30minutes commuting to Stern. It has all the luxury amenities and more space but significantly cheaper than living in Manhattan. Only bad part is there are only 4 elevators so sometimes during commuting hours there can be a wait for the elevator.
