Great Apartment With Amazing Views, Just Pricey and Shuttle Needs Improvement

My experience living in this apartment has honestly been great. I stay on one of the top floors, and the views, natural light, and overall atmosphere make the apartment feel truly premium. The building is clean, secure, and very well-maintained, with amenities that genuinely add value to daily life.

The layout is comfortable, the units feel spacious, and the overall environment is calm and well-managed.

The only downsides for me are the cost and the shuttle timing. The rent is definitely on the expensive side, and sometimes it feels too expensive for a student. Additionally, the shuttle can take quite a while to arrive on certain days, which means I have to plan my outings very carefully to avoid getting stuck waiting. If the shuttle frequency improves, it would make the experience even better.

Aside from these two points, everything about this apartment, the comfort, cleanliness, top-floor living, security, and amenities, has been fantastic. I would recommend it overall, especially to students who value a high-quality living environment.
