Not many upscale restaurant choices, trendy bars or coffee shops. Not much shopping, a grocery store C-Town is a 10-minute walk away. Upside is there is a "Little India" with great Indian restaurants.
There is great Liberty park nearby, a lot of space there, good for families, running in summer.

Windy from late Fall till early Spring, but it's same everywhere
Safe neighborhood
Close to PATH trains, 40 min door-to-door to school
Great neighborhood, mostly residential apartments and hotels. Very commercial, but amicable as well.
clean, beautiful, safe and quiet
Very safe neighbourhood which is always active. There are a number of eatout spots, including a spot on the same block where a jazz band plays live outside every Sunday afternoon in the fall and summer, bringing a nice musical feel to the street.
It's safe, lots of development and redevelopment is going on here. Many modern buildings around
Safe, clean and convenient
