Good apartment if you have roommates

Good experience so far. The apartment complex is well maintained. Any issues are taken care of in a short time. The building has a decent gym and is close to public transport (trax and bus) as well as grocery stores.

Average

Management has turned over 2-3 times since I moved here in May 2018. Elevators are out of order frequently. Actual unit is nice, maintenance team is quick and attentive. Biggest perk is the proximity to Trax station. Extremely convenient.

Review

Apartments themselves are good. The hallways are rough due to pet or trash smells but no complaints about the unit itself. Maintenance team is phenomenal.
