Great facility and great location

We moved into a new building right after construction so we are the first ones to live in our unit. The floor plan maximizes the space. There is a huge walk-in closet, good size living room, and kitchen with an island. One car can be parked in an assigned spot in the garage, and we park our other car outside. Outside parking can sometimes be frustrating as they do have parking reserved for retail stores. The gym is good for an apartment, pool is heated year round, and hot tub is very large. Management is just ok, they could be a little more responsive and organized but it doesn't affect us too much. Our ceiling is a little too thin for our liking, but you get used to it I guess. The noise from upstairs is my biggest knock on it. Location is awesome, close to the freeway, 10-15 min to BYU, and close to a ton of food and grocery stores plus shopping (although that shopping is average at best).

Awesome facilities

Really nice, clean facilities. The only reason the rating is not higher is because management is behind the times as far as no online payment, communication, after hours services etc. Solid community though with great restaurants and stores. The location is super close to grocery as well as 5 minutes from the freeway.
