Good space, management, but unnecessary extra fees
The apartment is great. It is nice and quiet. Management is responsive to major issues. Overall I would recommend it if you have the money and don't mind the cons: The hallways are stinky but it doesn't affect the apartment. Biggest con is they charge you $100-$200 per month for Vivint "smarthome" which is not only unnecessary but actually makes our life harder. The lights and fans don't work property because the system malfunctions. Also packages can be hard to deliver and can get stolen easily.

I wouldn't like to be anywhere else
I love this apartment- such a great place to be! The only downside is because Costco and the mall are so close, sometimes it can feel a bit busy, especially on weekends. However, so nice to be within walking distance of everything and to have so much visitor parking in the Costco parking lot. As a single female, security is incredible. I feel so safe, and smart home tools give me the chance to check on my place when I'm not home.

Aston at University Place
I like the convenience of the location. Next store to Costco and a huge mall, and a 5 min walk from the bus station. The apartment complex is modern. My apartment has everything I need--washer and dryer, great heating/cooling system, and plenty of outlets. Management is responsive, especially when something needs fixing.
