Not having too much fun :/
It seemed fine at first, but the floor is slanted so bad there's nowhere I can put my desk that sitting doesn't hurt my back. It's cold, no insulation, there's been a black widow infestation, the last tenants never cleaned and there's a disgusting buildup of grime. I love where it's at though, I can just take the Ryde.

Carriage Cove Review
It is a good-sized apartment. Each person has a private room and their own vanity area. You only share a bathroom with one other person. There is a good amount of storage and the living room is pretty large. Lots of natural light in each room, except the kitchen. There are amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball, and laundry in the basement of the clubhouse building. The laundry machines are card operated which makes a big difference when you forget to get quarters from the store. It's in a fantastic location. You have easy access to both University Parkway and State Street. It's not too far from campus. Easy access to UVX free bus system and the Ryde shuttle runs during the school year and will pick you up and bring you straight to campus from Carriage Cove. It's less than half a mile from the Neighborhood Walmart which is very convenient.
