Its ok
The apartments themselves are pretty good. Very nice views, management has been very responsive. Also is very pet friendly if that is your things. Community/neighbors are pretty rough. Lots of smoking even in designated non-smoking areas. Very loud. Pretty basic amenities (no dishwasher/in unit washer and dryer) but sufficient space for storage. Some pest problems, but nothing too unmanageable by keeping things clean. Not much control over the thermostat, as it is on a shared swamp cooler system, but it hasn't been too much of an issue.
